Rangers pummel Wildcats

   EIDSON-- The Unaka Rangers were hitting on all cylinders on Monday afternoon, and that spelled trouble for the Clinch Wildcats.
   Unaka led 29-0 after the first quarter en route to a 94-38 victory at Clinch High School.
   The Rangers cruised in this one, as they led 52-13 at the half.
   It was a balanced scoring effort for Unaka. Aaron Greer topped the Rangers with 16 points, while Daniel McInturff added 10.
   Paul Waters, Tyler McCann and Josh Lowe each had nine points to add to the victors' cause.
   Unaka takes an early lead in the Watauga Valley Conference standings, as it improves to 1-0 in the league and 3-5 overall.
   Unaka will be back in action tonight at home against Happy Valley.
