Tigers edge Junior Warriors

   Led by the one-two combination of Josh Lowe and Charles Peters, the Hunter Tigers captured a hard-fought 45-41 decision over Happy Valley on Tuesday night.
   While Lowe tossed in a game-high 21 points, Peters grabbed 18 rebounds to go with 13 points.
   Down 16-11 at the end of the first period, Mike Dorsey's Hunter squad battled back in the second quarter to take a 24-23 halftime edge.
   It was still a one-point game at the end of the third stanza, with the Tigers clinging to a 32-31 lead.
   Ryan May topped the Junior Warriors with an 11-point showing. Greg Swafford and Todd Caldwell chipped in eight points apiece.
