Twins take Orioles in first out-of-state
game

Bluefield -- The Elizabethton Twins scored 10
runs off of 16 hits against the Bluefield Orioles last night
in West Virginia for a 10-1 decision.
Twins pitcher Steven Duguay allowed two hits,
two walks and totaled 11 strikeouts in six innings. This brings
his ERA to 3.42. Kyle Aselton closed the game with four strikeouts,
one walk and no hits.
Both David Winfree and Johnny Woodard had three
runs a piece. Burns had two runs, and Javier Lopez and Matt
Tolbert both had one.
Deacon Burns drove his fifth homer of the season.
He had three hits for two RBIs. Burns, Landon Burt and Woodard
all had two RBIs. Burns now posts a .423 average.
Burt, Burns, Winfree and Tolbert totalled for
12hits.
Matthew Pulley and Angel Avila had the only two
hits for the Orioles.
Robert McCrory took the loss, allowing seven
hits, one walk and three strikeouts. He posts a 0.93 ERA.
