E-Twins spill Princeton

The Elizabethton Twins finished out a three-game series with a 5-1 win over Princeton at Hunnicutt Field, in front of 1,169 fans, on Monday night.
The winning pitcher was Chris Schutt, who turned in a strong outing.
Pacing Elizabethton at the plate was Angelo Fermin, who went 2-for-5 with a double. Justin Arneson picked up the only RBI for the Twins.
The losing pitcher was James Houser.
John Cumberland went 1-for-3 with a double and Shane Shelley 1-for-1 with two walks on the night.
Having wrapped up a six-game road swing, Elizabethton returns to its home field tonight, starting a three-game set with Danville.
