Watauga Lake, BMS will be featured on outdoors show

  The "Doug Houston Outdoors" television program will be taping episodes in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation on Watauga Lake and at Bristol Motor Speedway June 11-12.
  The sporting program is currently seen in the southeast three times a week and includes over 2.5 million viewers.
  Houston holds numerous state, regional and national awards for his outdoors experiences. He has held state saltwater fish records and possesses (Bow Hunters of Alabama State wild turkey records) including "Triple Play."
  "We are very excited about fishing one of the cleanest lakes and being part of one of the largest outdoor events," Houston said. "We want to show our viewers the natural beauty and all that the RMEF's show has to offer and promote the fantastic fishing and outdoor activities."
  Houston fishes in state and regional tournaments, including the Redfish Tour. He is also a member of the Southeastern Outdoors Press Association.
  Based in Mobile, the show travels national and worldwide for the most up to date sports and techniques to educate and entertain the viewers.
  Craig Tester and son will be the guides for Watauga Lake. Thomas White with Fish Spring Marina will provide boats for Doug and his crew.
