D.T. Tigers continue unbeaten campaign

from staff reports

The David's Trophies Detroit Tigers pee-wee team was hot again on Monday night, and the result was an 11-2 Tiger win over the Burgie Drug Twins.
The Twins held the Tigers in the first inning, but were turned loose in the second.
Austin Oaks played a solid game of shortstop, making some key plays to Corey Walker, who made no mistakes while playing first base.
Aaron Price, who took a hard hit in the shoulder by a line drive, stayed in the game to make some awesome catches as pitcher.
The fielding coach, David Oaks, had the right players in the right places for some big outs.
Left fielder Hunter Pierceson twice gunned the ball to second base for outs as the Tigers remained undefeated on the season.
David's Trophies will be back on the field Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the EHS softball field, where it will face the Sycamore Shoals Cardinals.
