Inland, Summers-Taylor prove victorious in CCA

   Erupting for nine runs in the fourth inning to break apart a tie ball game, Inland went on to post a 13-3 triumph against Elizabethton Federal in Carter County American Little League action on Monday night.
   Britt Yelton led the way for Inland, going 2-for-4 and pitching his way to the win. Taylor Edwards topped the winners in the hitting department, batting 2-for-2, and Jordan Pearce added a 1-for-3 effort.
   For Elizabethton Federal, Dustin Turbyfill turned in a 2-for-2 outing. Brett Price was 1-for-2 and Travis Tolley 1-for-3.

   David's Auto 2
   Dakota Waters shut down David's Auto on the mound, and Daniel Murray had a big 3-for-3 game at the plate to lift Summers-Taylor.
   Waters aided his own cause by batting 1-for-3.
   David's Auto mustered no hits on the night.
