Twins post shutout of Cash Express

   Benjamin McKinney got the job done on the mound and with the bat on Tuesday, lifting the Twins to a 7-0 shutout of Cash Express in National Little League activity.
   McKinney struck out 14 batters while hurling a one-hitter, and helped himself out with a 3-for-3 effort, including two doubles, at the plate.
   Lance Reed made a strong contribution to the Twins' attack, going 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles.
   Jacob Miller had the lone hit for Express, which held the Twins scoreless until a three-run fourth.

   Drew Chambers carried a big load for Burgie. He struck out 13 batters as he pitched his way to victory, and went 1-for-2 with a double and two RBIs.
   Ryan Thomas, Jordan Meredith and Casey Crapps chipped in 1-for-2 outings for the winners.
   Chris Pierce, at 1-for-2, topped Carter County Motors.
