Reed strikes out 12 as Twins best Bank

   Lance Reed gave Carter County Bank a case of strikeout fever on Saturday as the Twins posted a 9-7 victory in Elizabethton National Little League action at T.J. Burleson Field.
   Reed rang up 12 Ks while collecting the win, and helped his own cause with a 2-for-4 effort at the plate.
   Leading the Twins offensively was Benjamin McKinney, who went 3-for-3 with a trio of doubles and five RBIs. Skylar Dugger followed at 2-for-3.
   The Banker bats were led by Cody Forbes and Justin Fuqua, who went 2-for-3 apiece.
   With the score at 2-2, the Twins scored four runs in the third, then added two more in the fourth for an 8-2 advantage.
