Indians inks ETSU hurler

   Former East Tennessee State pitcher Reid Casey has signed a free-agent contract with the Cleveland Indians.
   Casey will report to Burlington of the Appalachian League this weekend when the team is in Johnson City to play the Cardinals.
   Casey finished his career with the Bucs this spring, posting a 9-6 record with a 4.88 E.R.A. and 94 strikeouts. He was named a second team
   All-Southern Conference performer, and finished as ETSU's all-time leader in strikeouts, innings pitched and games started.
