GP, Nissan earn wins

   Greg's Pizza used a five-run fourth inning to knock off Carter County Bank in Elizabethton National Little League play at T.J. Burleson Field Tuesday night, 7-0.
   Josh Peterson and Jacob Davis combined for a no-hitter to lead the pizza boys win their win.
   Michael Hutchins led the pepperonis with a two-for-two evening while Davis followed at 1-for-1. Cody Beam and Joe Guinn added hits for Greg's.
   Mann recorded eight strikeouts for the Bankers in the loss.

   Burgie Drug 1
   Tri-Cities banged out nine hits in knocking off Burgie in the nightcap. Ethan Fleenor earned the win while Justin Bailey suffered the loss.
   Fleenor was 3-for-3 to lead Nissan while C.J. Bowling added a 2-for-3 performance.
   Tyler Whitlock had a triple and scored a run while Jake Miller, Zack Miller and Dylan Carr was one for two each.
   Sean Bentley and Matt February had the only hits for Burgie.
