Lady Jr. Warriors top Bulldogs

   Happy Valley ended its middle school softball season with a doubleheader sweep of Hampton Thursday afternoon at home.
   The Lady Warriors won the first game 15-0 as Halee Carver threw a no-hitter and Jessica Yates went 2-for-2 at the plate.
   Game two was tighter with a 4-3 HV win, with pitcher Ashley May throwing seven strikeouts. The Lady Warriors held a 4-0 lead before a late-game Hampton rally.
   The Lady Bulldogs' Kelly Bradley tossed a two-hitter in the loss.
   Happy Valley completed its regular season with a final record of 10-2.
