Hampton took a pair of games from North Greene
in prep baseball action Thursday, 6-2 in game one and 7-2 in
the nightcap on the Bulldogs diamond.
The first contest saw the Huskies jump out to a
2-0 lead before the Bulldogs scored all six runs in the second.
Gene Sanchez was 2-for-2 in the contest with Ben
Harrison hitting a double and two RBIs.
The second game saw the Hampton bats on fire with
Adam Miller, the winning pitcher of game one, hitting a solo
home run and a triple.
Harrison was 2-for-3 in the second game as was
Zack Trivette. Sanchez finished the day 5-for-6, with Brandon
Barnett picking up the win for the Bulldogs.
