Carter County Motors 4, Tri-Cities Nissan 3
Brandon Birchfield had 13 strikeouts, giving
up only two hits in twarthing a sixth-inning comeback attempt
by Tri-Cities Nissan in game one of National Little League
action on Thursday.
Chris Pierce with a 1-for-1 performance and Nick
Kyte going 1-for-2 as Carter County Motors remained an undefeated
5-0 on the seaosn.
Ethan Fleenor and Logan Bowling combined for
a three-hitter in a losing cause. They along with Taylor Gouge
provided hits for TCN.
Valley Forge Auction 12, Six Sigma 1
Jordan Hodges went 2-for-2, Bradley McVay and
John Robinson 1-for-1 each leading Valley Forge to the win.
They were assisted by 1-for-2 efforts from Chris Dunbar and
Garrett Dykes.
On the other side, Cody Tolley, Ethan McKinney,
Brandon Woodby and Chris Richardson each collected hits. Hodges
was credited with the win and Tolley was charged with the
loss.
