Presnell makes presence felt vs. top-rated team

from staff reports

Testing his skills against the top competition in the country, Furman University baseball player Ryan Presnell proved himself more than capable this past Tuesday night.
In an 18-7 Paladins' loss to top-ranked Clemson at Kingsmore Stadium, home of the Tigers, Presnell had a performance to remember.
The former Elizabethton High standout not only went 3-for-3, but also blasted a home run and collected four RBIs.
Presnell helped the Paladins keep it close until Clemson pushed across 10 runs in the eighth, breaking up an 8-7 game.
