Lady Rangers prevail, 4-1

   BLOUNTVILLE--Danielle Williams allowed only one run and two hits, while pitching 11 strikeouts, leading Unaka to a 4-1 non-conference win over Sullivan Central in girls' softball action on Friday.
   Williams, who only walked two batters, gained her second win of the season, while offensively the Lady Rangers (2-0) had Meghan Heaton and Amber Woods each pick up two hits.
   Robin Whittington, Amy Colbuagh, a courtesy for Emily Elliott, Jessica Moffitt and Kelli Allen scored the runs for Unaka.
   Unaka will have a full-slate next week. On Monday, they visit the Lady Pioneers of David Crockett, Thursday they face North Greene and wrap-up the week on Friday against Dobyns-Bennett.
