Lady Warriors dimiss Rebels

   Alicia Dick pitched a perfect game through four innings to lead Happy Valley to a 3-2 win over Sullivan South Monday in girls softball action.
   Dick was a stellar performer on the mound, throwing four strikeouts with no walks, while giving three up only three hits. She also starred at the plate, going 1-for-3 with a single.
   "I couldn't be happier for early in the season," said HV head coach Kerry Killian about the season-opening win. "Hopefully, we can keep playing as good as we did today. It really surprised me the way we played.
   "You don't know which team is going to show up with young players. We're a good, young team. It makes me job easier, when we play like we did today."
   Leanna Howell knocked in a home run in the Lady Warrior win, who held off a last inning rally by the Lady Rebels.
   Both teams played well for a opening game with only two errors committed by each team.
