     Arrests
  * Cynthia Marie Guinn, 34, Knoxville, was arrested Sunday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Charlotte Walker on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
  * Gary Shane Perkins, 27, 835 Vaughts Gap Road, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Felecia Dawn Livingston, 43, 132 Potterrack Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged with driving on a revoked license and driving an unregistered vehicle.
  * Claude James White, 31, 221 Bulldog Hollow Road, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Peggy Ann Dingus, 47, 253 Dye Leaf Road, Butler, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
  * Steve Edward Frazier, 50, 107 Spring Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Mindy Nicole Hall, 24, 327 Deck Valley Road, Bristol, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on warrants charging her with five counts of forgery.
  * Rolland Matt Street, 34, 107 Betty St., Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to serve jail time.
  * Earl Junior Johnson, 48, 167 Edgewater Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Angela Renee Potter, 26, 371B Jenkins Hollow Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Thomas Smith and charged with possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
  * Rachel Jean Stout, 23, 602 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Thomas Smith and charged with driving on a suspended license. She was also served with warrants by agents of the First Judicial District Drug Task Force charging her with two counts of the sale of Schedule VI narcotics.
  * Darrell Harrell, 45, 212 S. Sycamore St., was arrested by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
