  Arrests
  * Scott Christopher Causby, 32, 144 Sunny Acres, was arrested Friday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Thomas Smith on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
  * Thomas Jeremy Ward, 19, 511-1/2 Johnson Ave., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Deborah L. Arnold, 35, 318 Hodge Branch Rd., was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a warrant charging her with violation of probation and two capiases charging her with failure to appear in court.
  * Sherwood Cannon Davis, 36, 199 Swimming Pool Rd., Hampton, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Doug Combs on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
  * Reggan Jason Sexton, 31, 401 Peachtree Lane, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * James Roscoe Russell, 35, 440 Tollet St., Hampton, was arrested Sunday shortly before noon by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
  * Steven Mark Blevins, 43, 106 Emily Dr., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * William Spencer Blevins, 43, 230 Sunrise Dr., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with simple possession of marijuana.
  * Hilario Vasquez, 28, 1278 Bluefield Ave., was arrested early Saturday morning by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with DUI, driving without a license, violation of the financial responsibility law, violation of the light law and violation of the implied consent law.
  * David Shepherd, 21, 333 One Boot Campbell Rd., Johnson City, was arrested late Saturday night by officers of the EPD and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespassing.
  * James Scalf, 21, 177 Hunters Ridge Lane, was arrested Sunday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of marijuana and shoplifting.
  * Travis Oliver, 22, 110 Betty St., Hampton, was arrested Sunday night by EPD Capt. Rusty Verran on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court. He was additionally charged with criminal impersonation in the incident.
