 Arrests

  * Brent Christopher Booher, 40, 425 Boyd Rd., Bluff City, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
  * Sarah Jane Phillips, 19, 133 C.H. Phillips Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with the underage consumption of alcohol.
  * Earnest David Hamm, 37, 143 Pine Knot Lane, Johnson City, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Benny Joe Lawson, 34, Bluefield Avenue, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Ronald Lee Arnold, 44, 746 Cash Hollow Rd., was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with violation of probation, a capias charging him with failure to serve jail time and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Jeffery S. Ollis, 36, 1443 Carr Rd., Watauga, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Charles Keith Renfro, 38, 1446 Volunteer Dr., was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
  * Ray Edward Vines, 42, 181 Mocking Bird Lane, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on a warrant charging him with stalking.
  * James Edward O'Quinn, 36, 301 A Southview Circle, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with aggravated DUI and altering a vehicle registration.
  * Brian W. Zukrigl, 19, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license.
  * Simon Perez, 20, 249 Bob McClure Rd., Marshall, N.C., was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Tonya Range and charged with driving without a license, failure to yield and violation of the financial responsibility law.
  * Antonia Calhoun, 57, 158 Spring St., Hampton, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by officers of the EPD and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
  * William Nieves, 19, 832 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested early Thursday morning by officers of the EPD and charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, evading arrest, resisting arrest and the simple possession of marijuana.
