Arrests

   * Phillip Steve Presnell, 21, 225 Beasley Street, was arrested early Friday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Derrick Wayne Fields, 24, 225 Rocky Branch Road, Apt. 1, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence.
   * Darryl Robert Wilson, 41, 604 S. Pine Street, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Billy Ray Clemons, 40, 115 Carville Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Eric James Hall, 23, 204 River Road, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Jennifer Leigh McQueen, 31, 120 Hazelwood Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * William Bronlow Hampton, Sr., 33, 159 Blevins Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Nicholas Dwight Hardin, 21, 2292 Highway 107, Chuckey, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Beverly Joan Parlier, 46, 1107 Bluefield Avenue, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with assault under domestic violence and public intoxication.
   * Marcus Gabreal Prather, 25, 315 Wilson Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD officers on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Earnest Earl Brewer, 24, 318 Dennis Cove Road, was arrested late Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary, auto burglary, theft over $500 and theft under $500.
