Arrests

  * Gregory Barr, 30, 125 U.G. Buckles Rd., was arrested Monday by the Johnson City Bureau of Police on a charge of obtaining narcotics by fraud.
  * Angela Bowling, 29, 125 U.G. Buckles Rd., was arrested Monday by the Johnson City Bureau of Police on a charge of obtaining narcotics by fraud.
  * Aaron Daniel Jones, 34, 171 Leonard Rd., Telford, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jerry Bradley on a charge of assault under domestic violence.
  * Martha Jean Davidson, 33, 195 Green Pond Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Janice Black on a charge of violation of probation.
  * Lisa R. White, 31, 2719 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
  * David Ray Mitchell, 23, 130 Dalewood Dr., Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by the CCSD on a warrant charging him with contempt of court.
  * Berlin Harris Jr., 44, 2380 Lakewood Village, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a charge of public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court June 21.
  * Angela Kay Grant, 32, 5200 Barlett Dr., The Colony, Texas, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Lt. B.L. Huffman on two capiases charging her with failure to appear in court.
  * Donald Leonard Bradley, 44, 1407 Conley Park Rd. B-5, Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning on a charge of harassment.


Theft

  * CCSD Deputy Loretta Cloyd responded Monday night to a reported theft at Wagner Access Road near the twin bridges parking area. Frank Lacy reported that he had a shuttle parking representative take his Chevy Tahoe in the parking area while he went fishing. When he arrived at the parking area, the vehicle was missing. An investigation is continuing.
  * CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy responded Monday night to a reported theft at State Line Auto Sales, 108 Old State Line Rd. over the weekend. A witness identified as Jimmy Tester reported that sometime during Friday night someone had entered the business' office. Items taken included a large quantity of change, several dealer license plates and a Geo Prism automobile. An investigation is continuing.
