Arrests

   * Joshua Alvin Trotter, 31, 601 W. G St., Apt. 3D, was arrested Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Matt Bailey on warrants charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday. Trotter was later charged with assault by a Carter County Sheriff's Department deputy Thursday night following an incident at the Carter County Jail.
   * Robert Dwayne Humphrey, 22, 106 Townview Estates. Apt. 3, was arrested Friday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable on a charge of driving under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 21.
   * Margaret Ann Sherman, 39, 506 Pear Tree Lane, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on a capias for failure to appear on a charge of driving on a revoked license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday.
   * Cody Carver, 19, 107 Taylor Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 3.
   * Paul Drew Demarco, 26, 250 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with fines and costs for driving on a suspended license, second offense.
   * Pamela Lynn Jennings, 18, 810 Highway 91, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on a charge of underage drinking. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday.
   * Claude James White, 30, 221 Bulldog Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on a charge of public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday.
   * Lloyd Blevins, 47, #6 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday.
   * Tammy J. Hughes, 37, 1 Trivette Concourse, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias for failure to appear on seven counts of animal cruelty. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Monday.
   * Johnny Lee Clawson, 22, 1323 Blue Springs Road, Lot 2, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
   * Michael Todd Leonard, 36, 1120 Huffine Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Bureau and charged with two counts of aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court May 4.
