Arrests

   * David Wayne Mullins, 23, 233 Pedro Shoun Rd., Mountain City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Willie Mathes on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Mark Steven Barnett, 47, 154 U.G. Buckles Rd., was arrested Monday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Keith Range on an attachment for contempt out of Chancery Court.
   * Glenn Allen Hopkins, 23, 903 F Pine St., was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Brandi Lynn Graybeal, 18, 126 Clark Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. L.C. Tester on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Lisa L. Mullins, 36, 128 Boardwalk, Bristol, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Robert B. Hammett, 51, 508 Trudy St., was arrested early Tuesday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with trespassing. He was additionally served with an outstanding capias charging him with failure to appear in court by EPD Ptl. Patrick White.
