Arrests

* Craig L. Perkins, 33, 195 Willard Perkins Rd., Roan Mtn., was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff's Department officers on an attachment for contempt.
   * Timothy R. Cameron, 20, 439 Scott St., Butler, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans and charged with failure to appear in court.
   * Charles L. Presnell, Jr., 22, 2371 Old Elizabethton Hwy., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with failure to serve jail time.
   * Stephanie D. Hardin, 340 Lovers Lane Lot #20, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with failure to appear in court on worthless checks.
   * Nancy C. Burwick, 48, 614 West H. St., Apt. #1, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
   * Dallas R. Richardson, 49, 116 Patricia Ann Dr., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with driving under the influence.
   * Christina McLaughlin, 36, 315 U.S. Hwy. 107, Unicoi, was arrested Friday by Johnson City Police Department officers and charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Tabra C. Ramsey, 36, 153 Tipton Rd., Jonesborough, was arrested Friday by JCPD officers and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Vince G. Arbino, 40, 141 Watertank Hill Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by JCPD officers and charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
