Arrests

   * Michael Lee Rowe, 20, 1514 E. Chilhowie St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Tim Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Rodrigo Nava, 31, 120 Cecil Vanhuss Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
   * Christopher Scott Causby, 31, 117 Blue Springs Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of assault under domestic violence.
   * Charles Leonard Presnell, Sr., 46, 134 W. Miller St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Heather D. Parsons, 426 Highland Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Johnson City Police Department officers on an outstanding warrant for burglary. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.
