Arrests

   * Thomas Dewey Perry, 45, 3306 Highway 321, Butler, was arrested late Sunday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with public intoxication and possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
   * William Roark, 26, 250 Old Doe Valley Rd., Butler, was arrested late Sunday night by CCSD Sgt. Jeff Winters on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * John Rodney Farrington, Jr., 31, 506 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Adam Joshua Hamilton, 19, 117 Cedar Grove Rd., Apt. 4, Johnson City, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy David Ryan and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Keisha Lashawn-Reniese Douthitt, 27, 117 Cedar Grove Rd., Apt. 4, Johnson City, was arrested by CCSD Deputy David Ryan and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
   * Nathaniel Lee Heaton, 36, 128 Spring St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy David Ryan and charged with public intoxication.
   * Christopher Shane Smith, 32, 817 First St., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Gary Wayne Honeycutt, 41, 108 Jack Elliot Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard and charged with the introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
   * Gary Dan Hatley, 50, 141 Shiloh Road, Apt. 141, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Gary Todd McKinney, 35, 45 Campbell Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
   * Raymond Keith McKinney, 29, 45 Campbell Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on outstanding warrants charging him with violation of probation, forgery and theft under $500 and a capias charging him with failure to pay fines.
   * Lula Lavern Devoe, 32, 285 Falls Rd., Hampton, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged driving on a revoked license.
   * Jimmy Dale Beam, 30, 184 King St., was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder, on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
   * James Douglas Jones, 34, 197 Carl Smith Rd., Hampton, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on a warrant charging him with felony evasion.
   * Alfonso Rodrigo Garcia, 21, 129 Banner St., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Rodrigo Francisco Nava, 31, 120 Cecil Vanhuss Rd., was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with stalking.
   * Carroll Wayne Pierce, 39, 111 Gay Fletcher Rd., was arrested Saturday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer and charged with assault under domestic violence, vandalism under domestic violence and theft under $500.
   * Marilyn Denise Disher, 31, 1237 Broad Street Ext., was arrested early Sunday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the seatbelt law.
   * Robert B. Hammett, 51, 508 Trudy St, was arrested late Friday night by EPD Ptl. Jason Shaw on a warrant charging him with telephone harassment.
