Arrests
* Cleo Rebecca Clawson, 33, Sugar Hollow Ridge
Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter
County Sheriff's Department Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged
with being a fugitive from justice from the state of North
Carolina.
* Roger Dale Pritchard, 34, Airport Apartments,
U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy
Michael Carlock and charged with fourth offense driving on
a revoked license.
* Lisa Carol Ashby, 37, 1861 Fairview St., Johnson
City, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor
on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Eric James Hall, 23, 204 River Rd., was arrested
Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a capias charging
him with failure to appear in court.
* Noah Benjamin Lowe, 18, 205 Perry St., was
arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a
warrant charging him with criminal trespassing.
* Brandon J. Rice, 19, 1747 Skyline Dr., Apt.
10, Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD
Deputy Kenny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure
to appear in court.
* James Charles Hardwick, 21,, 2610 Plymouth
Rd. Apt. 102, was arrested Friday morning by officers of the
Johnson City Police Department on a charge of possession of
Schedule II narcotics for resale. He is scheduled to have
a preliminary hearing in Washington County General Sessions
Court today.
* Crystal Chambers, 32, General Delivery, was
arrested Friday evening by officers of the Johnson City Police
Department on a charges of forgery and credit card fraud.
She is scheduled for arraignment in Washington County General
Sessions Court today.
* Dustin Cade, 18, 254 Buttermilk Rd., Gray,
was arrested Friday by investigators with the Washington County
Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary and vandalism. He
is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in Washington County
General Sessions Court today.
* Victor R. Martinez, no age or address available,
was arrested early Saturday morning by officers of the Johnson
City Police Department on charges of felony false reporting,
criminal impersonation, leaving the scene of an accident with
injury, driving on a revoked license and violation of the
financial responsiblity law. He is scheduled to have a preliminary
hearing in Washington County General Sessions Court today.
* Christopher Bufford, 38, Johnson City, was
arrested Sunday by Johnson City Police Department officers
and charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug for resale
and possession of a prohibited weapon. He is being held in
the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $6,000
bond with an arraignment scheduled today at 1:30 p.m. in Washington
County General Sessions Court.
