Arrests

   * Johnathan Adam Diamond, 22, 710 Chestnut Lane, was arrested Wednesday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with auto burglary and fleeing to avoid apprehension.
   * Charles William Tipton, 41, 1414 Spruce St., was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Latari Monique Jackson, 21, 1115 E. Fairview St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on warrants charging her with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000.
   * Steve D. Haynes, 24, 1118 Martin's Creek Rd., Erwin, was arrested early Thursday morning by Tennessee Constable Greg Norris and charged with stalking.
   * Anthony P. Gentry, 52, 361 Garrison Hollow Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
