Arrests
* Randy Dean Pritchard, 32, 114
Taylor Hollow Rd., was arrested Monday evening by Tennessee
Constable Harvey Shaffer and charged with criminal trespassing
and resisting arrest.
* Bryan Keith Parlier, 28, 517 Washington
Ave., was arrested Monday night by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with
violation of probation.
* Brian Edward Hoss, 25, 807 E. Unaka Dr.,
Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt.
Penny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear
in court.
* Patricia Annette Moffitt, 27, 249 Old Watauga
Rd., was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Janice Black
on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Melinda Sue Pearson, 23, 1168 S. Shady
St., Mountain City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD
Deputy Fred Sluder on a warrant charging her with violation
of probation.
* Laura Kay Gilbert, 30, 2125 Sherwood Dr., Kingsport,
was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on a
warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Mada Joy Halava, 25, 120 Reeser Rd., Johnson
City, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder
on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Pamela Andes Johnson, 35, 614 N. Pine
St., was arrested Monday morning by Elizabethton Police Department
Capt. Clyde Croy and charged with driving on a suspended license.
* Ricky D. Johnson, 45, 213 Ollie Collins Rd.,
was arrested Monday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt
and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation
of the financial responsibility law and retaliation for past
actions. He was also served with an outstanding capias.
* Terance Jason Fields, 21, 130 Church St.,
was arrested early Tuesday morning by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney
on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Jacqueline Cable Guy, 36, 431 W. G St.,
Apt. 4, was arrested Tuesday morning by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy
and charged with driving on a revoked license and violation
of the financial responsibility law.
