Arrests

   * Douglas Keith Conley, 44, 603 Montgomery St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Dennis Leonard on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Karrie Nikki Parlier, 24, 141 Melody Lane, was arrested Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Asa Ray Ward, 61, 157 Lover's Lane, was arrested Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Curtis James Dugger, 19, 1707 Southside Rd., was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with possession of stolen property over $10,000.
   * Alan Mitchell Church, 55, 1809 Field Rd., Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday evening by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with public intoxication.
   * Joseph Curtis Andes, 19, 803 Riverside Dr., was arrested early Wednesday morning by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on an outstanding warrant.
   * Walter Oliver Holmes, 67, 705 McArthur St., was arrested Tuesday morning by EPD Sgt. Charles Moreland on a warrant charging him with rape.
