Arrests

   * Jason David Fenner, 29, 300 E. H St., was arrested early Tuesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with criminal impersonation and fleeing to avoid apprehension.
   * Rose Marie Plank, 21, 777 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Michael Carlock on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Roy Coffey, 54, 7492 U.S. Highway 19E, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with assault under domestic violence and resisting arrest.
   * April Arnold, 24, 109 Hartley Rd., was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett and charged with criminal impersonation.
   * Allen Wayne Estep, 19, 210 Rittertown Rd., Hampton, was arrested Monday evening by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael McIntosh on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court. He was also served with a warrant charging him with violation of probation by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor.
