Arrests

   * Susan Danner, 23, 1619 Milligan Highway #7, was arrested Thursday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons on a warrant issued from Sullivan County. He also served Danner a summons on a charge of theft.
   * Samuel Dean Campbell, 52, 6125 Kingsport Highway #5, Gray, was served with warrants by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer on a two capiases for failure to appear in court.
   * Patricia Jean Meyer, 47, West G Street #18, was served Friday with a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of domestic assault by Carter County Sheriff's Department Kevin Cable.
   * Rodrigo Francisco Nava, 31, 772 Blue Springs Road, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess on a charge of assault under domestic violence.
