Arrests

   * Christopher Lee Jones, 25, 322 Little Cassie Creek Rd., Chuckey, was arrested early Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Josie Elaine White, 31, 221 Bulldog Hollow Rd., was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Brandy Nicole Gobble, 23, 315 Holston Ave., was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy T. Blevins on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Randall Wayne Blevins, 44, 118 Treadway St., was arrested early Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Matt Bailey and charged with public intoxication.
