Arrests

   * Judith Corrine Parson, 38, 657 Jena Beth Dr., Apt. 3, was arrested Monday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Debra Faye Yourgulez, 46, 192 Dalewood Rd., was arrested Monday shortly before noon by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Brandi Lynn Graybeal, 18, 126 Clark Dr., Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Michelle Booth on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Brandon Trevor Russell, 21, 228 Piney Ave., was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Nat David Hyder, 38, 918 Stateline Rd., was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Dowell Neil Whittington, 46, 1125 Bluefield Ave., was arrested Monday night by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Daniel Shane Cornett, 27, 1822 Woodhaven Dr., was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Carole Ann Leonard, 39, 114 Rainbolt Lane, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * David Scott Graybeal, 24, 137 Jewel St., Apt. 2, Johnson City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Darrell Preston Manuel, 23, 414 Ferguson Ave., was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Hazel Pauline Berry, 56, 267 Kitzmiller Rd., Gray, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Cheryl A. Bowling, 38, 909 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. A, was arrested Monday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Joy Shoun on a warrant charging her with manufacturing Schedule II narcotics.
   * Charles J. Gunn, 43, 502 Wilson Ave., Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with attempting to obtain narcotics by fraud.
