Arrests
* Hoyal William Woodson, 43, 513 Pardee
St., was arrested Tuesday by Johnson City Police Department
officers and charged with aggravated assault and vandalism.
He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center
on an $8,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court today.
* Thomas Allen Bugg, 42, North Sycamore St.,
was arrested Tuesday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department
Lt. Bob Hooks on a warrant charging him with violation of
probation.
* Lloyd Blevins, 47, Nave St., Lot 6, Hampton,
was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kenny
Cornett and charged with public intoxication.
* Steven Todd Andes, 32, 514 E. H St., was arrested
Tuesday afternoon by Bailiff Anthony Hardin on a warrant charging
him with violation of probation.
* Gary Wayne Barnett, 34, 208 W. Mill St., was
arrested Tuesday night by agents of the First Judicial District
Drug Task Force on an indictment out of Criminal Court charging
him with the sale of a Schedule II narcotics (Oxycodone).
He was also served with a capias by CCSD Sgt. Wendell Treadway
charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Brandon Paul Arnett, 21, 2450 Roaring Creek
Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested late Tuesday night by CCSD
Deputy Bradley Johnson and agents of the First Judicial District
Drug Task Force on an indictment out of Criminal Court charging
him with the manufacture of a Schedule II narcotic (methamphetamine).
* Robert Dayton Stills Jr., 27, 123 Rittertown
Rd., Hampton, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Carter
County Sheriff's Department Deputy Donald White on a capias
charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Jerry Lee Oaks, 50, 910 Stonehenge Ct., was
arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a capias charging
him with failure to appear in court.
* Earnest M. Miller, 29, 424 Blue Springs Rd.,
was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on
a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
Theft
* Michael Tallman, 390 Cedar Grove Rd., Apt.
8, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on Monday
morning that sometime earlier that morning someone had broken
a window out of his 2000 Jeep Cherokee while it was parked
at his residence and had stolen some of his personal property,
including more than 280 compact discs, a Glock 357 with a
Kydex holster, three speakers, a thumb break style holster,
and several rounds of federal hydro shock ammunition.
