Arrests
* Oscar Eugene Osborne, 47, 117 Paul Peters Rd.,
was arrested Saturday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department
Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with assault under domestic
violence.
* Ovia Ivan Shouse, 39, 127 Hopson Rd., Johnson
City, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans
and charged with public intoxication.
* Jay Crockett Payne, 41, 311 Dyers St., Johnson
City, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans
and charged with public intoxication.
* Joseph Michael Kroll, 50, 130 Emerial Point,
was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor
and charged with assault under domestic violence.
* Shawn Lee Stevens, 31, 830 Simmerly Creek Rd.,
Hampton, was arrested Thursday evening by Bailiff Anthony
Hardin on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Julia May Bittinger, 23, 1402 E. Watauga Ave.,
was arrested Friday morning by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter
on a warrant charging her with filing a false report.
* Danna Keith Blankenship, 26, Elk Park, N.C.,
was arrested early Saturday morning by Tennessee Constable
Harvey Shaffer and charged with public intoxication and possession
of Schedule IV narcotics.
* Billy Ray Clemons, 39, 115 Carville Rd., Johnson
City, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Paula Dean Nave, 20, 803 Riverside Dr., was
arrested late Friday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer
on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Franklin Dale Grayson, 34, 251 Hospital Rd.,
Mountain City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by agents of
the First Judicial District Drug Task Force and charged with
possession of Schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine) for
resale, possession of Schedule III narcotics, felony possession
of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was additionally served with a warrant charging him with
theft under $500.
* Sanforetta Gail Huskins, 33, 1615 U.S. Highway
91, Apt. 3, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Larry
Robbins on a capias charging her with failure to appear in
court.
* Kenneth William Stevens, 35, 1361 Riverview
Rd., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff
Markland and charged with disorderly conduct.
* Mark Allen Payne, 27, 822 Dennis Cove Rd.,
Hampton, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy T. Blevins
on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Ronnie L. Kiser, Jr., 30, 207 Coal Chute Rd.,
was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a
capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Ronnie Lee Kiser, Sr., 53, 207 Coal Chute Rd.,
was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged
with assault under domestic violence.
* Brandon Trevor Russell, 21, 228 Piney Ave.,
Piney Flats, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy
Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Johnny S. Williams, 25, 1025 Bluefield Ave.,
was arrested Friday night by Elizabethton Police Department
Ptl. Mark Roberts and charged with driving on a suspended
license and speeding.
* Keith McQuown Wright, 21, 929 N. Church St.,
Mountain City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD
Ptl. Mark Roberts and charged with DUI, violation of the implied
consent law and simple possession of marijuana.
