Arrests

   * Robert James Norris, 38, Jack Bradley Road, was arrested by Bailiff Martin Clarke on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Kenneth Thomas Yeager, 35, 936 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Bailiff Anthony Hardin on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Jamie Avila Tapia, 22, 2105 N. Greenwood Drive, Apt. 42, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck and charged with driving without a license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
   * Tommy Scott Guess, 34, 104 Colorado St., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. L.C. Tester on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Daney Andrew Peters, 31, 363 John Shull Road, Mountain City, was arrested early Friday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with DUI.
