Arrests

   * Jannie Deno Moore, 31, 156 Sycamore Shoals Drive, was arrested Tuesday shortly before noon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Eddie E. Stines, 21, 1226 Bristol Highway, Apt. 1, was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mark Roberts on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * David Lee Coe, 18, 1285 Riverview Drive, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Melissa Trivette, 30, 716 W. G St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons on a capias out of Johnson County charging her with failure to appear in court.
