Arrests

   * Douglas Keith Conley, 44, 603 Montgomery St., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Kevin Lynn Bradley, 27, 169 Jade Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Willie Mathes on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault.
   * Tammy Renee Thomas, 27, of Gate City, Va., was arrested Sunday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with possession of Schedule VI narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Shannon Lee Maynes, 26, 5632 U.S. Highway 321 Butler, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Robert Jessee Blevins, 21, 508 Lee Ave., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a capias charging him with failure to pay court costs and fines.
   * Charles W. Stephenson, 138 Melody Lane, no age available, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Tony Wayne Vance, 40, Dan Bowers Trailer Park, Lot 6, was arrested Friday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer on an Attachment out of Circuit Court charging him with contempt.
   * Gumercindo Silva Gonzalez, 29, 301 S. Sycamore St., was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan and charged with public intoxication.
   * Roverto Sanchez, 32, 283 Old Railroad Grade Rd., was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with public intoxication.
   * Roy Lee Burrow, 41, 1302 Lowe St., was arrested Saturday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mark Roberts and charged with third offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and reckless endangerment.
   * Justin Lynn Stout, 23, 168 E. L. Bowers Rd., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with possession of Schedule IV narcotics for resale.
   * Henry David Blevins, 19, 916 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. C, was arrested early Sunday morning by EPD Capt. Rusty Verran on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Carson Dean Mullins, 35, 227 Toll Branch Rd., Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Mike Commons and charged with third offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and violation of the vehicle registration law.
   * Michael L. Lyons, 20, 1302 Arney St., was arrested Sunday morning by EPD Ptl. Mark Roberts on a capais charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Charles W. Stephenson was arrested Friday afteroon by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey on an oustanding warrant.
   * John Wesley Guinn, 28, 137 Dan Bowers Rd., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on a warrant charging him with forgery.
