Arrests
* Ronnie Eugene Blevins, 44, 343 Highway 91,
was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff's Deputy Sarah
Ryan on charges of driving under the influence, seventh offense,
driving on a revoked license, eighth offense, violaton of
the implied consent law and violation of the habitual motor
offender law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on March 16.
* Johathan Brad Tolley, 20, 175 Duck Branch,
Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD
Deputy Charlotte Walker and served with a capias for failure
to appear on charges of sexual battery and two counts of assault.
* Penny Jean Oliver, 35, 798 Highway 91, was
arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a
charge of disorderly conduct under domestic violence. She
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
8.
* Heather Renee Guinn, 18, 119 Dennis Cove Road,
Hampton, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Donald
White on a capias for failure to appear at the Carter County
Jail.
* Thomas Ward, no age available, 113 Rosenbaum
Private Drive, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy
Al Meehan and served with a capias for failure to appear on
a charge of assault.
* Lyndell Teryell Gumby, 28, 51 Charleston Square,
Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by officers of the Johnson
City Police Department on charges of domestic assault and
aggravated kidnapping. He is scheduled to appear in Washington
County General Sessions Court on March 8.
Theft
* CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland spoke with Charles
T. Calhoun Thursday afternoon regarding a stolen vehicle.
Calhoun advised that sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Wednesday a person unknown to him had stoeln his Chevy Tracker
from the driveway of his residence at 150 Okolona Road. Calhoun
stated the keys were left inside the vehicle.
