Arrests

   * Michael Grant Fisher, Jr., 33, 122 Ed Davis Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence and possession of Schedule IV narcotics.
   * Darrell Preston Manuel, 23, 414 Ferguson Ave., was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Keith Alban Moody, 37, 200 Slabtown Rd., Zionville, N.C., was arrested Wednesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons on outstanding warrants from Johnson County.
   * Linda Sue Hill, 49, 108 Cedar Grove Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Kelly Mullins and charged with assault under domestic violence and possession of Schedule IV narcotics.
