Arrests

   * Benjamin Craig Ackison, 39, 615 N. Gay St., Apt. 2, Knoxville, was arrested early Wednesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Dean Jones and charged with public intoxication.
   * Michael Gene Morris, 23, 2952 Siam Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Jeremiah Lee Collins, 19, 3311 Martindale Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * David Lee Coe, 18, 1285 Riverview Dr., was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons on an outstanding warrant.
   * Gregory Thomas Barr, 29, 2300 Stateline Rd., was arrested early Wednesday morning by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with obtaining narcotics by fraud.
   * Nola Johnson Sneed, 32, 243 Nita St., Bristol, was arrested Monday night by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication.
   * Brent Christopher Booher, 39, 229 Bristol Metal Rd., Lot 22, Bristol, was arrested Monday night EPD Capt. Clyde Croy and charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license.
