Arrests

   * Darrell David Lewis, 25, U.S. Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested Sunday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Robert Allen Norris, 23, 120 Willow Springs Rd., was arrested late Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with DUI, possession of Schedule VI narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Jay Crockett Payne Jr., 41, 311 Dyer St., Johnson City, was arrested late Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and theft under $500. He was also served with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Christopher Allen Price, 37, 117 Estell Dr., was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Larry Robbins on a warrant charging him with reckless endangerment.
   * Robert Sansom, 45, 619 Mayberry Rd., Jonesborough, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Larry Robbins on a capias charging him with failure to appear.
   * Kevin Lynn Stover, 34, 1905 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with fifth offense DUI, driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident with injury and violation of the implied consent law.
   * Buddy Wilson Street, 43, 112 General Johnson St., Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Johnathan Adam Jones, 22, 133 Rosenbaum Private Dr., was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with driving on a suspended license, criminal impersonation and possession of Schedule IV narcotics.
   * James Robert Solomon, 22, 126 Chapel Dr., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Robert Burchell Hammitt, 51, 508 Trudy St., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Walter Andrew Ferguson, 20, 496 Dye Leaf Rd., Butler, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Ronald Edward Morris, 25, U.S. Highway 91, Brookview Apartments, Apt. B10, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Regina Ann Stewart, 32, 102 Suncrest Dr., Lot 2, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Jerry Lee Greer, 29, 709 Georgia St., Johnson City, was arrested around noon on Sunday by CCSD Deputy Ivan Sluder on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court and a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Gumercindo Silva Gonzalez, Reynolds Road, Watauga, no age available, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with public intoxication.
   * Wayne M. Bennett, 26, 162 Old Lacy Hollow Rd., was arrested Sunday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the vehicle registration law.
   * Betty J. Lewis, 38, 655 Fox Meadow Rd., Apt. 4, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the open container law.
   * Ivan Mitchell Laney, 31, 2226 W. G St., was arrested early Sunday morning by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and speeding.
   * Michael S. Pennington, 21, 400 Lamont St., Apt. 1, Johnson City, was arrested Friday night by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Karrie Nicole Parlier-Davis, 141 Melody Lane, was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and violation of the implied consent law.
   * Pedro Salas Herrera, 33, 301 S. Sycamore St., was arrested Saturday evening by EPD Ptl. Jason Shaw on a warrant charging him with shoplifting and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Chuckie Lynn Price, 43, 704 Cedar Ave., was arrested Saturday evening by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication.
   * Shawn Marie Hodge, 33, 2773 Bob Little Rd., was arrested Sunday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with public intoxication and possession of Schedule IV narcotics. She was also served with two warrants charging her with violation of probation.
   * Earnest E. Estep, 49, 1401 Old Charity Hill Rd., was arrested Sunday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael Sproviero and charged with fourth offense DUI and violation of the financial responsibility law.
