Arrests
* Paul Anson Disbro, 33, 234 Grindstaff Hollow
Road, was arrested Monday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Deputy Johnny Miller on a capias charging him with
failure to appear in court.
* Keith Lynn Brummitt, 21, 2235 E. Fairview,
Johnson City, was arrested early Thursday morning by Tennessee
Constable Harvey Shaffer on an Attachment Pro Corpus and a
warrant charging him with two counts of forgery.
* Patrice Darlene Moore, 39, 150 South Gate Drive,
was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
and charged with disorderly conduct.
* William Thomas Parlier, 39, no address available,
was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on
an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
* Michael Johnathon David Greenwell, 20, 101
Nelson Drive, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD
Deputy Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with violation
of probation.
* Yvonne Annette Smith, 36, 2100 S. Market St.,
Chattanooga, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Charlotte
Walker on a capias charging her with failure to appear in
court.
* Christopher Scott Causby, 31, 622 W. C St.,
was arrested Wednesday evening by Elizabethton Police Department
Ptl. Jerry Bradley on an outstanding warrant. He was additionally
charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the incident.
* Jerry L. James, 18, 609 Sugar Hollow Rd., was
arrested late Wednesday night by EPD Sgt. Matt Bailey and
charged with vandalism and the underage consumption of alcohol.
* Matthew D. Ciezki, 22, 71 Milligan Lane, Johnson
City, was arrested early Thursday morning by EPD Ptl. Kelly
Mullins and charged with second offense DUI, violation of
the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial
responsibility law.
* Jeremy C. Blackwell, 21, 114 Mountain Ridge
Lane, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday evening by EPD Ptl.
Michael Merritt and charged with speeding, drag racing and
violation of the financial responsibility law.
* Stephen R. Harris, 19, 127 Bentley Park, Johnson
City, was arrested Wednesday evening by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt
and charged with speeding, drag racing and driving on a revoked
license.
