Arrests
* Benny Robert Carver, 33, 2010 Circle Ct., Johnson City,
was arrested Monday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department
Sgt. Wendell Treadway on two capiases charging him with failure
to appear in court.
* Cynthia Nicole Bowling, 24, 926-D Pine Ridge
Circle, was arrested late Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. L.C.
Tester on a capias charging her with failure to appear in
court.
* Tiffany Catherine Cowles, 20, 354 Coach Rd.,
Jonesborough, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy
Kenny Cornett on a capias charging her with failure to appear
in court.
* Edward L. Vanover, 68, 150 Vanover Dr., Johnson
City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. L.C. Tester
on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Milburn Bailey Hughes, 36, 1092 Rittertown
Rd., was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker
on a warrant charging him with escape.
* Roy Dean Hill, 29, 157 Lovers Lane, was arrested
early Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer
on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Asa Ray Ward, 61, 157 Lovers Lane, was arrested
early Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer
on a warrant charging him with stalking.
* Justin Joel Bowers, 22, 130 Dan Bowers Rd.,
was arrested Friday night by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun on an attachment
out of Juvenile Court.
* Richard L. Greenwell, 23, 221 Roosevelt Ave.,
was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Jerry Bradley
and charged with driving on a revoked license, theft of property
and vandalism.
* Jason L. Morgan, 23, 328 Roaring Creek Rd.,
Chuckey, was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Kelly
Mullins and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation
of the vehicle registration law and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Heather A. Davis, 43, 1319 Lowe St., was arrested
Saturday just before noon by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney and charged
with filing a false police report.
* Judith Corrine Parsons, 38, 657 Jena Beth Dr.,
Apt. 3, was arrested Saturday just before noon by EPD Ptl.
Richard Haney and charged with filing a false police report.
Theft
* Donald Perkins, owner of the Roan Mountain
Game Room, U.S. Highway 19E, reported to CCSD Lt. Bob Hooks
on Monday morning that sometime on the previous day, someone
had broken into his business and had stolen somewhere between
$800 and $1,200 in quarters from the pool tables and pin ball
machines in his business.
