Arrests
* George Marvin Cook, 40, 252 Buck Creek Rd., Roan Mountain,
was arrested late Saturday night by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Lt. Harvey Guess and charged with fifth offense
driving on a revoked license, violation of the open container
law and criminal impersonation.
* Joseph Douglas Cart, 43, 608 Trudy St., was
arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant
charging him with violation of probation.
* Kathy Jo Honeycutt, 29, 557 Teaberry Rd., Roan
Mountain, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy
Kevin Cable on a warrant charging her with violation of probation
and two capiases charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Michael Duane Bowers, 48, 300 Sinking Creek
Rd., Johnson City, was arrested late Saturday night by officers
of the CCSD and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated
assault under domestic violence and aggravated burglary.
* William Jason Holden, 31, 1029 U.S. Highway
321, Hampton, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Al
Meehan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in
court.
* George Worth Greene, 36, 822 Walnut St., was
arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a
capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Jerome Heath Ball, 25, 109 Kelly Lane, Kingsport,
was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on
a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Bradley Dean Holden, 31, 628 Shell Creek Rd.,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin
Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Rebecca Sue Vestal, 24, 157 Lovers Lane, was
arrested early Saturday morning by Tennessee Constable Harvey
Shaffer on a capias charging her with failure to appear in
court.
* Zachary Ryan Morgan, 18, 133 Morgan Lane, Roan
Mountain, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey
Guess and Deputy I. Sluder and charged with the underage consumption
of alcohol.
* Brandon Allen Hughes, 18, 111 Hughes Hollow
Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD
Lt. Harvey Guess and Deputy I. Sluder and charged with the
underage consumption of alcohol.
* David Wayne McKinney, 19, 197 Perkins Hollow
Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD
Lt. Harvey Guess and Deputy I. Sluder and charged with the
underage consumption of alcohol.
* Wilburn Lee Norris, 33, 165 Holston View Rd.,
was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Janice Black
on a capias charging him failure to appear in court.
* William T. Parlier, 39, 512 Cedar Ave., was
arrested Saturday night by Elizabethton Police Department
Ptl. Michael Sproviero on several outstanding warrants including
a capias for failure to appear in court and a capias charging
him with failure to pay court costs and fines.
* James Eugene Warren, 42, 149 Tiger Creek Rd.,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday night by EPD Ptl. Mike
Commons charging him driving on a revoked license, third offense
DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
