Arrests

   * Larry Paul Guinn, 21, 2218 Sunflower Lane, Watauga, was arrested Friday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Rick Taylor on a capias charging him with failure to pay court costs and fines.
   * Tammy Jerome Hughes, 36, 726 Watauga Ave., was arrested late Friday morning by Tennessee Constable Jerry Miller on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Becky L. Fillers-Caldwell, 43, 26 Revonda Circle, Greeneville, was arrested Friday morning by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Rebeka Marie Olds, 25, 1900 Aspen Dr., Johnson City, was arrested early Sunday morning by officers of the CCSD on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Judith A. Hall, 53, 119 Rocky Top Lane, Watauga, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Jared Michael Ledford, 21, 186 Max Jett Rd., was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with second offense DUI, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the open container law.
   * Gregory Lee Calderon, 21, 157 Lovers Lane, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with vandalism under domestic violence, public intoxication and resisting arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March 1.
   * Rebecca Louise Caldwell, 43, 26 Revonda Circle, Lot 5, Greeneville, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy T. Blevins on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Fredrick Jerome Olds, 26, 1900 Aspen Dr., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Matt Bailey and charged with criminal impersonation. He was also issued a citation for theft under $500.
   * Larry Dean Adams, 46, 2140 W. G St., was arrested Saturday night by EPD Capt. William Fraley on a warrant charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
   * Jason Reid Hurlbert, 31, 1821 Pleasant Grove Rd., Bluff City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney and charged with DUI.
   * Timothy C. Setzer, 37, 1033 Berry Dr., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with driving on a suspended license, improper registration, violation of the financial responsibility law and evading arrest. He was additionally served with a warrant out of Washington County charging him with violation of probation and a capias out of Washington County charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Susie Danner, 23, 1484 Milligan Hwy., Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with eight counts of felony reckless endangerment.
