Arrests
* Mack Million Brock, 41, 1614 Southside Road,
was arrested Thursday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department
Deputy Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging him with violation
of probation.
* Carlos A. Cox, 28, 128 Snowbird Lane, was arrested
Thursday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with driving on
a suspended license. He was also served with an outstanding
capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Terry Stevens, 117 Browns Branch Road, no age
available, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Investigator
Laverne Julian on a warrant charging him with theft under
$500.
* Travis Harding Hughes, 23, 181 Hart Road, was
arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Eric Buck and charged
with DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Feb. 17.
* David Earl Shirley, 21, 1281 Rittertown Road,
Hampton, was arrested early Friday morning by Elizabethton
Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with public
intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Feb. 17.
* Terry L. Estep, 20, 123 Stines Road, was arrested
early Friday morning by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with
DUI and possession of a Schedule VI narcotic (marijuana).
* Douglas Shane Pitman, 27, of Spruce Pine, N.C.,
was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters
and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Chris Lane Hollifield, 30, of Spruce Pine,
N.C., was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Shannon
Peters and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Donald Ray Johnson, 42, of Spruce Pine, N.C.,
was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Mark Roberts
and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Shirley Jean Keller, 29, 123 Reeser Road, Apt.
33, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons
and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
8.
