Arrests

* Timothy Lee Blackwell, 34, 221 W. G St., was arrested late Wednesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with DUI, driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law and carrying a prohibited weapon. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* David R. Colbaugh, 19, 529 Riverview Dr., was arrested Wednesday evening by EPD Ptl. Mark Roberts and charged with the underage possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Christopher Dwight Stevens, 18, 932 Rittertown Rd., was arrested Wednesday evening by EPD Ptl. Mark Roberts and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Ricky Cheyene Greenwell, 30, 340 Lovers Lane, was arrested Wednesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Investigator Laverne Julian and charged with theft over $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Larry Gene Simpson, 31, 1414 Piney Flats Rd., Watauga, was arrested Wednesday evening on a warrant charging him with theft of property. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 20.
